Word 2002 File Error Message - Website

Dear All,

I use the basic Word 2002 programme to make my websites. Well, recently -
when I try and save a page, I get this error window/message: "A file error
has occured. Try one of the following. *Check the disk drive to make sure
it's properly installed. * Check the disk drive to make sure there are no
hardware problems. *Check the network connections." Well, I know the hard
drive is okay, so what is it. PLEASE help...and thanks. Paul
