Word 2002 graphic printing problem

Hello, we are trying to print a Word 2002 file that contains a graphic. The
graphic is printing upside down and backward, even though it appears
correctly in the screen view. Help!

Thank you. IT department says we have this fix loaded, but I still have the
problem. And ideas?
