Word 2002 keeps starting up in Safe Mode

Cannot get rid of it wanting to start only in Safe Mode, version is Word 2002
(10.4219.4219) SP-2. I cannot apply SP3 yet as that has not been tested with
our current setup, we have iManage and Word Assist in this mix.
