Word 2002 - Paste "Keep Text Only"

Is there a way to make "Keep Text Only" as the default paste or is there a
keyboard shortcut for it Ctrl+V+something

You need to use a macro such as the following:

On Error GoTo errhandler
Selection.PasteSpecial DataType:=wdPasteText
errhandler:
Exit Sub
