I have MS WORK SUITE 2004 W/ WORD 2002. Several months ago the word
application stopped giving access. it will pull up but when you select it
says unable to access , some files may be missing , corrupted or deleted. Why
is this happening and how can I fix it? thanx

When I try to reinstall word 2002 it says this... the installation source
for this product is not available. verify that the source exists and that
you can access it.

The installation source is the CD or DVD from which the application was
installed.

Note, however, that uninstalling and reinstalling normally does not fix
issues. It is better to *repair* the installation. (You may still need the
original CD/DVD.)
