Word 2003/2002 Error

I'm receving an error when I specifically go to: Tools; Letters and Mailings;
Envelopes and Labels... "Windows has encountered an error" with the option
to restart. This error message will appear to either XP/2003 version of word.

I've tried re-installing both Word XP and 2003.
I've downloaded and installed all the latest updates for windows xp and
office.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Jose

I'm getting the same Error and have done the same attempted fixes as you.
Are you on XP Home Edition?
