Word 2003 As Outlook 2003 Editor

In Outlook 2003, I set my e-mail editor as Word 2003, but when I close
Outlook 2003 and reopen, the box I checked is not saved. How do I set
Word 2003 as my default editor for future use?

Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu. Click on Mail
Format. Place a check in front of Use Microsoft Office Word
2003 to edit e-mail messages. You may have to specify HTML
as the message format.

Thanks Chuck,

I did that already and have tested it several times but it still does not
work. I tried it on other computers with Windows 2003 and they have the same
problem. Are you able to use Word as your editor in 2003? Check it out and
let me know. If you can, it sounds like it may an internal setting here at
Siemens.
