Word 2003 as Outlook 2003 text editor

Hello, my friends.

I don't know why or how, but the word 2003 got some errors when
"comunicates" with outlook 2003.

First, i can't use word 2003 as outlook 2003 text editor because it doesn't
let me send e-mails or even save the message. i close the message without
saving and most of outlook buttons are disabled.

Sencond, when i'm in a word document and click on "E-Mail" button, the word
2003 returns the message "The word couldn't load (...). This is a (...) or a
office instalation problem."

I've instaled the SP2 for office but the problem remains...

Can someone help me?
