Word 2003 - Bar on Bottom that shows what page you are on, etc.

Somehow I've lost this bar. Not sure what it's called. Maybe a status bar.
I made some changes to my tools to perform differently. Also changed my
Normal, but went back to the old one and it is still gone. Can anyone tell
me what I might have done to lose this. It's critical as I work in documents
that are very lengthy and I cannot even tell what page range to print when
needed.

Yes, it's called the status bar. There is a check box on the View tab of the
Tools > Options dialog to turn it on and off, which you may have clicked by
mistake at some point (or Word might have lost track of the corresponding entry
in the registry).

If you check the box and it doesn't help, or if the box is already checked, then
you'll need to make a change in the registry. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm for instructions.
