It's not an Outlook setting. Outlook just determines if the sound is playde
or not. So turn your speakers up.

It's not an Outlook setting. Outlook just determines if the sound is
playde or not. So turn your speakers up.
Or open up a sound editor and increase the volume of the .wav file you're
using for that event in Control Panel.
