Word 2003 Blank First Page

Following a review of my document by somebody else it has been returned to me
and when printed-off (it's a bookfold document) in duplex it starts by
printing a whole blank page, which knocks the rest of the document out (page
1 prints on page 2, etc.) It does not do this in print preview. Any ideas?

Check the section start for the document or first section (Layout tab of
Page Setup) and make sure it's not set to Even Page. For a single-section
document, the setting should be "New page."
