Thanks for the explanation. None of my installations have anything installed
other than from the CD.
I also searched for the temp files a couple of days ago and again using your
parameters. I don't have any orphan temp files for MS Word. Also, that still
would not explain why and how I can replicate the issue on computers that
have literally come right out of the box.
I am not sure what else to try or do but as I stated in my reply to Terry, I
am 100% convinced it is a Word issue that I can replicate anywhere I go.
That being said, as I mentioned in an earlier reply, my clients now have a
work-around so it is not stopping the world.

issue.
