In Word 2003 (on Windows Server 2003) I go to Tools -> Letters & Mailings ->
Envelopes and Labels. When I click the address book, it opens my contacts
in my pst file in Outlook. However, if the pst file is password protected,
I get an error saying that address list could not be displayed. It says the
contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened.
When I remove the password, it works. In older versions of Office, it would
prompt me for my pst password.
Any ideas?
