Hi,
I'm trying to use Word 2003 as an email editor. When I import a jpg into the
Word document, it displays fine and looks correct. However, when I try to
send the body copy with image as an email, Word compresses the image so there
is a lot of artifacting, then turns it into a bitmap. When the email comes
through to the other person, my clean, 34k jpg has turned into a very messy
looking 400+k bmp. How can I prevent this from happening, or work around it?
Thanks.
