Word 2003 Crashes Printing

Anytime we try to print duplex (double sided capable printer) "Booklet Printing" > "Lettering (left binding)" in either Portrait or Landscape, Word 2003 crashes. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks that worked.

It's usually a printer driver problem. Try removing and reinstalling the
printer.
