Word 2003 crashes when copy and pasting from website

An enduser is experiencing the above problem fairly consistantly. The event
log had the following entry...
Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.6568.0, stamp 42e178a5,
faulting module winword.exe, version 11.0.6568.0, stamp 42e178a5, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00008a8b.
Have updated to latest service pack and tried repair feature as well. Any
help would be appreciated.
