Word 2003 Error Message

I just installed Office Studen and Teacher Edition 2003 from cd. When I open Word an error reporting box appears saying there has been an error and asking if I want to send an error report. I've tried the detect and repair button, unistalling the software, and I'm still having the same problem each time. The rest of the programs are working fine. I've also downloaded all the updates and installed them.
