When using letterhead/fax/memo templates that have been
developed for versions of Word 2000 and prior, in Word
2003, we receive a "Run-time error 5099" message, after
the information (i.e. to, dear, copy, regarding, etc) have
been filled into the appropriate fields. How can you "fix"
templates that worked in the previous versions of word, so
that they can work in Word 2003? T
