Word 2003 gives warning message on launching

Hi,

can anyone help.

Every time I open MS Word 2003 I get the following
message, I have tried the fix supplied in the Microsoft
knowledge base:

The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is
open. Click OK, and then close open dialog boxes to
continue.

Any ideas?
