Word 2003 - Hidden Text

Can I globally hide text in Word 2003 based on text attributes? For example,
my document has text that is red and italic. Can I specify that I want all
red italicized text hidden?

Duh! I used the search and replace feature instead, which worked pretty
slick, so please disregard this request for input.
