Word 2003 in safe mode in Vista

Running Word 2003 in vista home premium. Word reverts to safe mode whenever I
load/open it. I have tried the following thread:

but it doesn't want to load.

Please help!

The solution lies somewhere in that FAQ. Safe Mode is loading Word in its
DEFAULT INSTALL condition bypassing all add-ins, templates, drivers,
normal.dot and COM add-ins. That it runs OK in safe mode proves that Word
doesn't have a problem; it has to be one of the problems in the FAQ.
