Word 2003 insert JPG inline

Hi,

I'd like to insert a JPG file as inline graphic, however, the graphic
does not show up properly, only 1 line height of the picture was shown.
I have to make the graphic floating before I could see the whole
picture, but that's not what I wanted for my document. I don't have
this problem on my Office 2000 PC. How could I solve this problem please?

Office 2003 basic+SP2

Insert the graphic as inline with text, select the paragraph
containing the graphic, and click on Format | Paragraph | Indents
and Spacing tab | Line spacing: Single | OK.
