Word 2003 keeps shutting down.

Just in the last two months, Word 2003 has started to shut down on me while
I'm in the middle of writing with the message "Word 2003 is closing" or "Word
2003 is shutting down" and sometimes it is able to retrieve my data, but
sometimes it doesn't. I wonder if anyone knows why this happens? I've tried
uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Also, I use a program called Eazy
Paper that is attached to Word for documentation of my sources when writing.
Any chance it is that causing the problem? If anyone can help me, I'd
appreciate it very much!

Re-installing rarerely achieves anything useful as the problems that cause
Word to crash are rarely anything to do with the core program. Add-ins can
certainly cause problems and the best way to establish whether yours is at
issue is to temporarily remove it.
