Word 2003 Mail Merge message about SQL command

Whenever you perform a mail merge with 2003, the message comes up: Opening the document will run the SQL comman
Select * from <my db source>. Data from your database will be placed in the document. Continue?

Is there a way to disable this message? Or do I need to force an Enter command to clear it from another App.
