My machine had an OEM version of Works installed. I have subsequently
installed Office 2003 (Student edition).
When Outlook is running and I try to open a word document, I must first use
'end process' in task manager to close already running issue of winword.exe,
sometimes there are multiple instances of winword.exe present.
I don't use Works, but want to use my Office version of Word with more ease.
Can anyone help?
