This error message appears when trying to use the e-mail
function in MSWord 2003:
"Word could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be
caused by a network connection problem or a problem with
your Office installation."
It works on Excel, have tried re-installation, detect and
repair, installed all updates for Word and Office.
Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
