I recently installed Office 2003. Whenever I run Word
2003 and the computer is idle for a while, the computer
is set to shut off the monitor. After about 20 minutes of
idle time, the computer reboots from windows. When it
loads back up, it says the problem cannot be diagnosed
but was caused by a device driver. I am pretty sure I
have isolated the problem to Word/Office 2003. I have
tried making the computer not shut the monitor off (power
savings), but it still rebooted after a period of
idleness. Any suggestions? Thanks.
