Word 2003 only prints 1 copy no matter how many I put in copies bo

I have 4 machines here all with the same problem. They all run office 2003
with access 2000 installed. When they print a document from word and select
more then 1 copy it prints out 1 copy. I doesnt matter if they put 5 copies
or 10 copies it always prints 1 copy. Excel however does not have this
problem nor does any other program on their computer its completly isolated
to word 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had some luck by turning OFF enhanced features in the Printer
properties for HP printers.
