I have MS Word 2003 on three of our computers and have the same problems on each:

1. I am unable to select the option for a picture to be formatted "in line with text." All other options are available. How can I fix this?

2. Often, when I insert a photo in a document, the outline of the photo is present (a blank white box with a black thin border) but I cannot see the colorful photo that I intended to insert. If I go into "print preview" or "print layout" I can see the colorful photo, but not in "normal view." The photograph is actually there, but I just cannot see it in normal view. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

right click on the picture go to either format or properties depending on the version of outlook you're using. You should see your options there.

On the second question what version of word are you using?
