Word 2003 Repeated Error

Yesterday I opened Word2003 and within seconds, before I
could begin any work, I go the "Word has encountered an
error and needs to shut down" window. This now happens
every single time I open the program, whether from a
shortcut, or by opening a document directly. I installed
updates from microsoft.com, I used my install disc to
repair Office, and I uninstalled/reinstalled, all to no
avail.

Is this a known problem? Any thoughts on a solution?
