Word 2003 shrinks view ??

I want to display each 8.5 x 11 page as a whole page while I am working on
it.

But, word chops off unused space at top and bottom so some pages are tall
and others are short.

How can I getg it to show entire page in the correct porportion? Even if I
have a lot of white space at the top and/or the bottom?

thamks for any help.

PS - I couldn't find a active Word news group so I thought I would try hear.

In Word, click on View | Print Layout. Then click on View | Zoom |
Whole page | OK.

Also, you can toggle the showing or hiding of White Space by clicking the top
or bottom of a page while in that view.
