Word 2003 (SP1) crashes

Word crashes when text is copied from one document to another - both
documents are open. Usually the documents have their own template. This
happens a lot and I have also tried this on differnent PC's. The OS is Win XP
Prof (SP2). I keep getting the MsgBox do you want to send this Error Report
to MS. Has anyone come across such a problem?

Thanks Steve. Will try this. Hope it works. Do you think having an Acces 2.0
db open in the background would cause this??

Unlikely, but I have had occasional, strange and unrepeatable problems
occur with spurious office applications being open at the same time.
