When i start Microsoft word 2003 it always wants to restore the documents
saying they were corrupted and have to be recovered and send a report ot
microsoft.
Solutions i have tried and need more advice. Windows Xp Pro Sp 2-Microsoft
office 2003 Pro sp3
1) Renamed normal.dot and rebooted worked first time and than still giving
me same error after reopening.
2)Deleted data file from registry and it loaded once and back to same error
after trying to reopen.
3)Tried restoring to an earlier date and same error.
4)Deleted office all together and reinstalled same error.
5)I cant do /a wont open get same error, but i hold CTRL key and it does
open it in safe mode.
This is all i have tried and all other office programs work excel access
powerpoint etc. Any ideas would be greaterful. Dont want to do a reformat of
machine. Thanks for time.
