Word 2003 Start Up Question

If this question has been asked before, I apologize.

I have just installed Word 2003, and whenever I launch it, the "Getting
Started" window on the right side shows up.

Simple question; How do I disable this window on start up?

If clearing the "Show at startup" check box doesn't do it for you, you need
the Task Pane Controller, which you can get from
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ShowTaskPane.htm
