Upgraded to Office 2003 Pro over Office 2000 Premium, installed web updates
for Office 2003.
In Word 2003, when accessing search or Thesaurus, I am told that feature is
not installed (was in Word 2000), then I'm prompted to insert the Office
2000 SR-1 CD. Then Word 2003 crashes silently (recovers existing doc, then
asks if I want to sent error report to MS). Word 2003 shuts down with no
messages.
I did a detect and repair reinstall - no effect, same silent crash.
Any ideas or direction would be greatly appreciated.
