Word 2003 can't find my Word 97 (which works fine) on D:
nor on the Dell CD and therefore won't install. I had done
a new install of Windows XP on a new disk, leaving the old
C: as D:. MS web page says unlimited free install support
but requires Product ID. Found the Product ID on the Setup
file on the Word 2003 CD. But... it is in a new format and
MS Online will only accept the old format. MS really
annoys me. At the moment I am dead in the water as
regards upgrading to Word 2003 on Windows XP. Anybody got
any suggestions??? Thanks.
