Word 2003 will not load

I installed Office 2003 Pro in a new Vista machine yesterday and all programs
seemed to be working. Today, Word shows the splash screen and locks up. The
other programs work OK. I reinstalled the Word and the entire Office but the
same thing happens. I can get in with safe mode after each cancellation of
the process.

I need help solving this issue.
