Word 2003 won't print multiple copies

I installed Word 2003 on my new computer that runs Vista.

Word won't print multiple copies.

I do CTRL-P then enter the number of copies I want to print in the dialog
box but Word prints only one copy.

Same thing if I do File>Print>enter number of copies in the dialog box.

Any suggestions?
