Some of the staff here have been reporting that the changes they are making
in a word document have not been saving.
Info
- All documents are saved on the server through a Mapped drive.
- Server drive with the documents has "Shadow Copy" Enabled.
- All PC's are XP Pro and on a Win2k3 Domain
- Users have full access rights on the share and on NTFS Level.
- All Office Updates and Windows Updates are applied.
I cannot duplicate the issue there for I cant find the problem.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
