Word 2003 XML Toolbox

Hi,
I have installed the Word XML Toolbox and had it working fine. On Friday I
opened Word only to find that all the buttons and menu items on the toolbar
(except for 'toggle XML tag view') no longer work.

I have reinstalled the toolbox and office. I have ensured all the Office
PIA's are installed and checked that microsoft is a trusted provider for
add-ins and templates from within Word. I have also spent the best part of 2
days Googling and whilst I see this problem, there does not seem to be any
fixes posted.

Has anybody got any ideas as I have now run out!

OK, issue resolved thanks to Delphine. Please see below....

Hi Terry!!
I resolved this problem last week and it's very simple. You just have to
open Word, and then in "Help/About Microsoft Word" menu item, click on
"Disabled items" button. Then just check the Xml tool box as enabled.
All its functionalities are now enabled!!!
