My Microsoft Office documents are not working. They are
asking for a code or something like that. I put in the
number of the tower and it works until I have to go back
into the program and it will not accept the code
anymore. How can this be fixed?

Have you activated the program? The number on your tower is probably the
product code for Windows, not Office. The latter should be on your Office CD
or Certificate of Authenticity.

Some OEMs now place holographic stickers for both Windows and Office on the
Computer case. This is more likely to be an activation problem.
