Word 2003

We have recently upgraded to MS Office Suite 2003. A
couple of machines in the office are having a problem with
Word. When they type on a new document the text is delayed
appearing on the screen. Any suggestions at a fix would be
appreciated.

Any chance they have voice recognition activated or installed? (Although
that usually also generates random text, but without a microphone it might
not.)
