Some users have Word 2003. When they try to open a
document created in Word 2002, they are getting an error
that Word cannot open the document. Upon further
investigation, there is an Internal Data Integrity (Type
4) error but it doesn't give any more details. In digging
further, it seems to be a bookmark but I see nothing
wrong with the bookmark. Any ideas?
