When I open word 2003 I get the following message.
An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please
run setup and select repari to restore applications I press ok and the
program opens.

I put the original cd. It does not allow me to unintall the program or run
setup and repair.

I will appreciate any help I can get.

The installation source for this product is not available verify that the
source exists and that you can access it.

It sounds as though the installer has found a previous installation but
cannot find the original drive path. Have you change drive mapping to the CD
reader or HDD since installation? You may possibly have deleted the
installation log. In that case you will need to download the msi installer
cleanup utility from the Microsoft Office Support site.
