I had to reinstall Office 2003. Now all the Word docs I receive come as read
only. How do I reset them?

They are coming from a trusted business and I don't want to have to play
around and save each one to make changes.

did you restore your docs from cd? simply select all docs in Windows
Explorer, right-click properties and deselect read-only

No these are coming in emails. I asked other workers how theirs came and they
said read only. They now open in read view and they don't allow me to change
from portrait to landscape. How do I set the default view to normal as that
allows me to change the orientation?
