Word 2004 annoyance: ins/del still shown when deselected

In Word 2004, with the Reviewing bar up, the reviewing pane open, and
"Show Insertions and Deletion" and "Show Formatting" deselected, these
still show up in the reviewing pane, even though they are not shown in
the text.

Really annoying.
