Word 2004: Crash on Print

We are using Office 2004 on Intel Minis running OS X 10.4.11, all cloned using the same disk image.

Word crashes for some users (who have remote home profiles) when users click Print in the print dialog on certain Minis but not others. That is, a single user can consistently make Word crash on one machine, move to an identical adjoining machine and print without problems.

Office updates were run within the two days, with no apparent impact on the problem. I see that Word 2004 in Leopard has similar reports here, but we are seeing the same thing in Tiger.

Word crashes for some users (who have remote home profiles) when users

I've seen that in the past and it was caused by the printer drivers (HP
in my case).
Going to the vendor site to download and install their latest version of
the driver for our printers corrected the issue.
