Word 2004 problems

Just installed Word 2004
One on my toolbars is missing. The toolbar on top looks similar but not
same. Text is blurry (can't remember how I fixed that 2 years ago)

What is the easiest way to get back to where I was? Thanks!

Built-in toolbars have changed - you'll need to recustomize them. A few
icons have changed as well.

Quartz text smoothing is now taken from the system settings. Choose
System Preferences/Appearance Pane and change the font size that is
smoothed
