Word 2007 B2TR not open!!

My word 2007 B2TR send me a message that says : "the file filename.doc is not
available". Why?!?
My OS is windows xp, and i have also installed word 2003 (and that open the
files!).

Have you read the replies to any of the dozens of other questions about this
in this newsgroup? The solution has been posted numerous times.
