Word 2007: Bottom 3/4 of Page# Footer Not Printing?

I've messed with the margins endlessly but cannot seem to get the bottom 3/4
of the Page# Footer to print . . . Any suggestions?

Highlight footer, right click / paragraph / spacing / 6 points after moved it
up / problem solved.
